You may not need to download this upgrade if you've recently installed the latest Universal All Product Instaler. The most recent upgrade files are automatically stored on your computer in C:\Program Files (x86)\SOUND4\Remote Control\Upgrades.
To upgrade your IMPACT (cards), follow these steps:
  1. Launch the Remote Control, Open Setup, navigate to Advanced, and click on "Upgrade / Licenses."
  1. Next, click on "Upgrade Process."
  1. Finally, select the upgrade file you previously downloaded.
